I represent individuals and businesses in complex business, estate, and trust disputes, offering a strategic and results-driven approach. My clients value my ability to navigate high-stakes matters with precision, balancing legal strategy with practical solutions that align with their objectives.

In business litigation, I have worked with owners, executives, and stakeholders to resolve disputes involving multimillion-dollar contracts, fraud investigations, and fiduciary duties. I approach each case with a clear focus on the broader business implications, ensuring strategies are aligned with long-term goals.

In trust and estate litigation, I understand the challenges posed by significant financial stakes and intricate family dynamics. I have successfully represented trustees, beneficiaries, and other parties in disputes involving multimillion-dollar estates, allegations of financial exploitation, and the interpretation of trust and estate instruments. My goal is to preserve value and relationships wherever possible while advocating zealously for my clients.

With experience assisting on investigations into high-profile fraud and mismanagement cases, I bring a disciplined and detail-oriented perspective to every matter. Clients can rely on me to deliver thoughtful counsel and a steady hand, no matter how complex the dispute.

Before joining the firm, I gained valuable insight into the judicial process as a judicial extern and staff attorney. These experiences continue to inform my practice and enhance my ability to guide clients through litigation with confidence.
